Privacy Protocol

This page is maintained by Chandravanshi Legal to explain how we handle visitor and prospective-client information on this website.

1. Scope

This protocol describes how Chandravanshi Legal ("the firm", "we") collects, uses, and protects personal information submitted through this website. It does not modify the firm's obligations of professional confidentiality, which apply more strictly than any statement here.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only information you voluntarily submit through inquiry forms — typically your name, organisation, email address, and a description of your matter. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.

3. How We Use It

Submitted information is used solely to evaluate the inquiry, run a conflict check, and respond. We do not sell or share inquiry data with third parties. Information unrelated to a retained engagement is deleted from active systems within ninety days.

4. Cookies & Analytics

This site uses no third-party advertising cookies. Aggregate, anonymised analytics may be used solely to understand traffic patterns and improve content quality.

5. Security

Inquiry data is transmitted over TLS and stored on access-controlled infrastructure. Access is restricted to firm members on a need-to-know basis.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have submitted by writing to counsel@chandravanshi.legal. We will respond within thirty days.

7. Updates

We will note material changes to this protocol on this page. Continued use of the site after such notice constitutes acceptance.

This protocol is informational and does not constitute legal advice or create an attorney-client relationship.
